Click here To See What our Customers Have to SayYour home is your castle. Making improvements to it requires careful planning, consideration, and most of all, trust.
Since 1947, thousands of Central Pennsylvania homeowners have placed their trust in Ambassador Home Improvements. Maybe it's because we offer the highest quality windows, doors, and insulation available. Maybe it's the guarantees that come with every product we sell - from quality to energy savings to the guaranteed lowest price.
Or maybe it's just because we know a thing or two about improving castles.
The leadership team of Ambassador has identified six values that are core to the business.
These core values are intended to permeate the corporate culture and guide the daily behavior and decision-making of all employees.
They have been communicated to everyone who works at Ambassador. Every employee is personally challenged to practice these in interacting with their co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
Teamwork: The ability to work together towards a common vision. Simply stated it is less ME and more WE.
Communication: Our goal is to have free and clear communication between our co-workers and management team. Our feelings, wants, needs, and desires must be continuously shared in order for us to grow as a company as well as individually.
Integrity: Being honest, ethical and have respect for all co-workers, customers and other business partners.
Urgency: Willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done right and on-time.
Professional Growth: Having the desire to become the best we can be in our jobs by taking the initiative to grow professionally through education, training and self learning.
Customer Satisfaction: Our work must be done with our customers in mind, providing better products and services than our competition so that we exceed our customers' expectations.
A Total Commitment to Excellence
The mission of Ambassador is to provide quality home improvement products and services which exceed our customer needs and expectations through a total commitment to excellence and to provide our employees with challenging and rewarding work in a safe, productive, and profitable work environment.
Our aim is for Ambassador to be the best Home Improvement Company in the Industry with a reputation for fairness, integrity and excellence among our customers, employees, vendors and the communities in which we work and live. To fulfill our mission requires a commitment to excellence from every employee to every customer and to every member of the Ambassador Team.
